In certain cases, your data will be transmitted to Architonic AG via the Virtual Showroom for processing enquiries. In turn, Architonic AG will forward this data to the relevant retailer if this is necessary for processing the request in question. Only the data which is necessary to process the purpose in question will be forwarded.

Architonic AG uses Google Analytics in its Virtual Showroom. This is a web analysis service of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses cookies, which are stored on your computer, to perform an analysis of how the website is used. The information determined by these cookies (time, location, pages accessed and anonymised IP address) are sent to Google and stored in the USA. Google uses the information to evaluate the use of the Virtual Showroom and generate reports for Architonic AG.

Chaplins Furniture values the trust that clients place in us when they supply their personal information. We promise never to share this with a third party for marketing purposes. We will only share information with a Government agency when obliged by law to comply with an investigation into or the prevention of fraud. In order to complete the delivery of your purchase, we will pass on your name, address and contact number to the trusted delivery company contracted to carry out the delivery of your purchase.


When purchasing from our website, we obtain limited information about your payment card from our payment processor, such as the last four digits, the country of issuance and the expiration date. Currently, our payment processors are Stripe and PayPal.
